White Necked Jacobin
The White Necked
Jacobin ranges from southern Mexico and portions of Guatemala to Belize,
Coasta Rica, Panama, Peru, Bolivia and Brazil. It can be found in lowland
forests, second growth, riparian woodlands from sea level to about 2500
ft. The females coloring is much plainer than that of the male. Nest is
placed on the upper surface of a palm leaf, where it is covered from above
by another leaf.
This aluminum
sculpture is mounted on a natural sage branch on a simply elegant
unbreakable poly-carbon base. Like all of Daniel's sculptures, this is a
hand crafted one of kind original. Purchase includes a letter of authenticity
signed by the artist.
