Caspian Tern
The Caspean Tern is the largest
tern in the world. It frequents lakes, rivers, bays, beaches and the ocean. It eats
mainly fish but it sometimes takes small birds, eggs and the young of other terns.
It is nearly
cosmopolitan althought it does not seam to inhabit most of South America except for the top most
northern coast.
